Online and telephone based counselling is ideal for anyone who needs to speak to a professional about their problems, but has struggled to do so due to time or travel constraints.

Online psychotherapy and counselling is identical to face to face psychotherapy except you will speak with me, a fully qualified and BACP registered psychotherapist, in a confidential Skype call or telephone call in a location convenient for you. During the sessions we’ll talk as we would if we met in person and you’ll gain the tools, support and perspective you need to approach the inevitable problems which arise in all our lives.
