In 2007 I gained my BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Liverpool. I went on to complete my Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling at the University of Middlesex in 2012, with a focus on existential techniques. I have practiced in London and now work from the Sheffield area.
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and I value honesty and authenticity as the cornerstone of work with all my clients.
I encourage my clients to recognise their own choice and freedom to live fulfilling and happy lives, and also to perceive their own autonomy, individuality, strengths, innate uniqueness and creativity.
Clients usually come to counselling to resolve an issue, but more often than not, the self-awareness they work towards inevitability leads to the improvement in all aspects of their lives.
